1. Visual changes – New MSW design by OZ wheels and Pirelli P Zero PZ4 tyres

The Audi deserves a modern look, which is why we chose for it MSW design by OZ model MSW50 wheels (Size 19″ x 8.5J, Gloss Black finish) and Pirelli P Zero PZ4 tyres (Size 255/35R19). The tyres are Audi homologated (AO) and feature L.S. – Luxury Saloon tread, adding a luxurious touch.

• In addition, selected models of MSW by OZ rims are prepared for the car manufacturers’ original wheel covers. In this case, we have adapted them to the original Audi lidplate by selecting gloss black.
• We have also changed the silver screws for the original caps in black to create a consistent and elegant look.

2. Power Boost – RaceChip GTS Black and BMC sports air filter element

For our next step, we opted for lightweight soil, choosing the Eibach Pro-Kit. Every move was carefully considered, and precise measurements of the parameters were essential to guarantee a perfect fit and balance.

3. Set of tyres and accessories – a comprehensive road experience

In terms of power, we relied on a proven set-up:

• RaceChip GTS Black – guaranteeing extra power.

• BMC sports air filter insert – for improved ventilation and efficiency.

• Result: 256hp and 560Nm (Dynamometer measurement in the last photo).

After carefully measuring the car, we are happy to announce that we have room for the perfect fitment, and the result is truly stellar! We have chosen a kit for it that emphasises elegance and sportiness:

The wheels were assembled with due precision, fitted with TPMS sensors and the black narrow bolts completed the look.

1. Wheel selection – Sparco Assetto Gara 18” x 8J (rim weight: 9.18kg)

The task was to select wheels with not too much weight, and it fell to the Sparco Assetto Gara rims in size 18″ x 8J. It is worth noting that each rim weighs just 9.18 kg, which supports the Golf R’s dynamics.

2. Fitting with precision – distances and the Big Brake Kit

On the front axle, we used a 10mm spacer with centring to accommodate the powerful brake caliper. On the rear axle we also plan to install similar spacers as soon as we replenish our stock (15mm was a tad too much). An interesting feature is the use of a set of long hub pins from RacingLine Performance, which allowed the rims to be screwed on securely despite the spacers.

3. Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres – combining performance and design

We chose Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres for the kit, as unfortunately the 4S model does not come in the 225/40R18 size. The result is impressive – the Sparco Assetto Gara model perfectly combines looks with sporty aspirations, fitting in perfectly with the Golf R’s character.

Here is our first step towards perfection – the addition of the M-Package, which not only emphasises the character of the car but also gives it a dynamic look. Japan Racing JR34 rims in Platinum Bronze (F: 19×8.5, R: 19×9.5) completed the modern design, giving the car a unique character.
